1. Tell us the pictures, text, and dimensions you need to customize before placing an order, or make a note of them when placing an order. If you need to add photos, please send us high-resolution photos.

2. We will send you sample pictures as soon as possible.

After confirming the customized image, place an order. Once you place an order, we will ship it as soon as possible.

5. In transit orders cannot be modified. We hope you can understand.

6. Please send the customized content or make detailed notes within 3 hours of placing the order. If not, we will produce according to the platform's requirements. We hope you can understand.

7. Customization Notice: Customization with additional words will cost an additiona $2, and additiona words and photos will cost an additiona $4.

About color

Please note that there are may different display resolution between every computers, Tablets, Laptops, Mobile Phones. So the color shown on screen may has chromatic aberration. We will try our best to avoid this situation, thanks for your understanding.

It is easy to remove creases:

Option 1:

Hang the background on the stand and keep it vertical for 1-2 days.

Option 2:

Ironing the back side (not the image side) with low temperature to easily remove the crease, To avoid possible steam damage, place a layer of dry cloth between the backdrop and the iron

Option 3:

If you have a long paper tube, roll up the background with the tube tightly. Then let it sit for 1-2 days.
